We all can relate to this in some way shape or form. Whether
you are sore, stiff, or just need more movement out of your body, mobility is a
major problem that you could be putting off. I strongly recommend the book “How
to Become a Supple Leopard” 1st and 2nd editions. Kelly Starrett has done amazing things with
foam rollers, lacrosse balls, pvc rollers, and bands just to name some of the
tools he uses to fix minor to major issues within the body.
Being able to understand and fix your body is a huge asset
that no one will be able to take from you. To be able to fix an issue that is
making you uncomfortable, causing pain, or even sidelining you from your sport
of choice or even your career.
Mobility is key in everyday life. If you understand your
body and its limits as far as range of motion and personal flexibility you will
be able to perform you duties better and be able to move in a safe manner to
reduce injury on and off the job.
